I have never been one to publicly speak on my accomplishments, some consider it a shy trait, but I feel it is less egotistical and besides, it’s always better when someone else does it for you, like a testimonial or referral. Sometimes it is good to talk about my education and experience in order for people to feel more secure when they retain our services, so here is the abbreviated version of John McCann & Associates.
I am a devoted Christian and believe that God placed me here to help others, be happy and serve as a representation of his word. I believe God is in all aspects of my life, personal and professional.
I have over 25 years experience working in the computer industry and have provided computer support and networking solutions for individuals, families, small businesses and larger corporations throughout my career.
Windows changed my world, much like it changed everyone else’s, except I work on the back side of a computer, but Windows influenced me tremendously. Our company supports Microsoft and Apple products, which I have learned, makes us some sort of an oddity. Most IT companies differentiate between the two platforms, I embrace them both.

In 1995, I married the love of my life and moved to Mooresville, NC to continue serving the Lord and small business owners with quality computer repair and network management. John McCann & Associates was incorporated in 2005 and we have grown stronger with each year of service to our community.
